# Terms of Service — Community Report Bot

By adding Community Report Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.

## The service

The Bot generates a weekly community activity report (new members, inactive members, channel engagement) based on data from the Discord server it is added to.

## Free tier and subscriptions

- Each Discord user may run `/report` up to **3 times per calendar month** for free.
- Unlimited use is available via a paid monthly subscription, currently priced at **£4.99/month per server**, billed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

## Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge if you have not received meaningful use of the Bot's paid features during that billing period. To request a refund, contact rttpplays@gmail.com with your server name and payment date.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to:
- Use the Bot to violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the free-tier limits or subscription system
- Use the Bot in any server engaged in illegal activity

## No guarantee of uptime

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we aim for reliable uptime, we do not guarantee the Bot will be available at all times, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot. The Bot's report data is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as the sole basis for any critical business decision.

## Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user found to be in violation of these terms, Discord's Terms of Service, or engaged in abuse of the free tier/subscription system.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated terms.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
